GTA's Crashed and thought lost in North America Only

I had thought this morning about another possible missing GTA. Many years ago, Tom Zat of Alfa Heaven in Wisconsin mentioned buying a wrecked GTA at the SCCA Runoffs in Atlanta. It was my understanding that he kept the wreck in his collection of cars. Is anyone in contact with him on a regular basis. I talk to him occasionally, but if someone speaks to him frequently, perhaps he would tell us the serial number and previous owner or the driver when it was wrecked.

Hi Again,
I think that Ken or someone posted this picture in the TA photo thread, but here it is again. This is Kwech and Winkler in the two Knauz cars at Daytona. These two were painted tri-color before Sebring. In the various later photos, one car has red door jambs and one has white under the hood. Kwech told Roman that they started the season with one red car and one white car, so that's how the Tri-color paint scheme came about. Both of these cars were wrecked during the season and we still don't know the serial numbers.

Hi Martin, Ken, and others,
I've just now re-reading Martin's post #24 about the Knauz 67 cars. I'm pretty sure that Typo C and D are both 752573. There seems to have been some minor damage and repainting of this car from race to race, accounting for the color changes.
