Engine ID Question
Hey guys,
I am trying to find the engine number on my GTV and can't seem to find it anywhere. I'm sure I'm looking right at it, but it seems to be playing hard to get. Any help? Thanks!

IIRC, it is lower down on the block, on the side

On a 74 GTV it is on the exhaust side of the engine, behind and below the headers, on the flange that bolts to the bellhousing.

Great, thanks for the help! Don't exactly know why my question got reported as spam. Seems like someone needs to get a life.

I've got a life, thanks.
There was a spam post between your first post and my report that has since been removed and I've deleted my report out of curtesy.

Thanks, and no offense to you. I didn't see the response to my post until today, so understandably, there was a misunderstanding.
