Nice- I wish I were home right now, as I could take a picture of my radio and post it.... Give me a few weeks.

But here's the place that will gut the original internals and replace with digital. I have NO idea how good they are or how reputable they are, as I've not sent them a radio yet Antique Automobile Radio, Inc.

I was planning on doing both the GTV and Sprint radio I have. The problem next being how to hide extra speakers. For the doors, I plan on making a wood enclosure for them so they sound better (and so they don't fall out....).

The rear? No idea yet.

The Sprint? Not a clue.

I know how nice it is to hear the engine, but it's also nice to have music on a long drive....

Eric

Radio in GTV

Ive gone back and forth over whether to install a retro radio or not...I coevered up my slot with veneer, figuring I wouldnt be able to hear the friggin thing anyway while motoring...but i do like them and the thought of listening to AM Italian radio while cruising through Toscana...maybe I'll give it a rethink

I've got the same reservations about cutting a hole in my new veneer for a radio, so I am thinking of some sort of mp3 player solution. I think it will involve a small amp, a line adapter(to boost the signal from the mp3 player) and some sort of connector(maybe hidden in the ashtray). The kicker is that I really would like to listen to sports on AM radio, but I can't find an mp3 player that has AM built in!

Pedantic ofcourse, but hey, detail is detail.

In Becker Universal sets you can find diferent knobs
