Spring start-up

Any tips for that first attempt to start the car after sitting in my garage since October? I did start it up once in November, but since then various parts were off making starting impossible. I did throw some Stabil in the gas tank(hope that is okay). The car is equipped with Webers. Thanks

Make sure the fluids are ok, and the battery is fully charged.

If you want to be real cautious, remove the spark plugs and crank the engine over on the starter to prime the oilways and bearings. Then replace the plugs and go for a start.

I think you're ok too, just checking fluids and doing a start, being careful not to rev the engine until you have some oil pressure for 10 seconds or so. My car can sit for a month or two without starting in the winter, and I don't take any extraordinary precautions.
