Small update: First batch of lenses is off the machine and on it's way. I've also sourced out the white rubber profile and they will be supplied with. As for price nothing is set yet but it WILL be lower than what is asked for the resin repro lenses.
Were you able to source the screws?

No screws, unless someone sends me a used sample!

LENSES ARE HERE!

Turned out beautiful, still need to mark them for the pedantic who want "Carello" stamped on it.

I'm pricing an unmarked Pair at $67.50

White rubber was a bit difficult to source out but I did find some eventually. Silicone based, should be more resistant.

Much better choice than the original - the silicone will last much longer.

116_Veloce......can you please make some 69 US style CARELLO side marker replacement lenses while you're at it? These have been in demand for years and and cannot be obtained anywhere. We don't need the entire unit made...just the lenses themselves. Red for the rears and amber for the fronts....I could sent you a useable lens for reference if required.

How about it?

Decent used red ones are still out there but the ambers are all faded - please do them first!

1750GT,
How do you replace just the lense?

Very nice write-up, thanks Osso. I take it that Aftermarket Reproductions no longer has the lenses available? Otherwise I guess we wouldn't be bothering 116 Veloce with it.
