Backfire through carbs

Thank you everyone for responding to my post. I tried everthing and the problem persisted. I did notice however ocasionally when the car backfired I saw a little bit of smoke at the base of the carb. I leaned on the carb to flex the carb mounts and the problem got much worse. After close inspection I can see cracks in the rubber mounts. I will order new ones and let everyone know if that fixes it completely.
