Another number stamped on the body

I found another set of numbers stamped on the body of my GTV under the boot rubber. They read 10545 IGM 5344 OM. I know what the 10545 means, but the rest is a mystery and before I bug the nice people at Centro Documentazione I thought I'd ask you guys first. Any clues?

Thanks - I'm fairly new to this list and apologise for reposting old questions
From the other post, IGM translates roughly as General Inspectorate of Motor Vehicles and the number is the homologation number - I guess the vehicle number in the series. According to Fusi's book, Alfa made 5559 RHD 1750 GTV chasses (including the CKDS ones assembled in South Africa). It's interesting that the homologation number doesn't match the VIN
