looks like it is probably a sun faded AR501, but you never know whether it may have had a respray. The only way to really find out the original color is to send an email with your chassis number requesting this information to archiviostorico@alfaromeo.com. They'll tell you the original color of in- and exterior and build date

Obviously, Peter nailed the way to do it if there is no tag in the trunk. Looks like AR 514 Rosso Italia on this 1969 Color chart.

Color Chip Selection

Centro Documentazione Alfa Romeo knows nothing because in this years the chassis numbers don't contain the paint number. I sent it some pictures of my GTV and they watched this pictures and have written me that probably it is BE13. What it is?
I don't think that AR 501 (red) could fadded so much. See the pictures - the colour on the external body and internal (for example engine bay, inner side of the door) are similar - the car hasn't lost colour.
There is no any tag in this car.

Color Chip Selection
Yeah, it looks more like AR514, but I did not think that was ever offered on GTV's??

You're right about the inside, can't be faded. Never heard of BE13, also never heard there is no record for certain years On a positive note, if there is no record, pick any correct color for that year that you like

Welcome to the BB, 1025!

To find out the car's original color, email the Alfa Archives with the chassis number. It may or may not the car's current color though.
