howmany map containers?
My gtv2000 (LHD) has on the passanger's side a container for maps (just in front of the door next to the passanger's feet. Should there be also one on the driver's side (or will it be a nuisance while using the windscreen washer)?

Hi Rafael,
Official the 2000 GTV's came with 2 of them...
The map pocket on the right should have a holder for a 'couponbook' as my Blue Bert has...

No problem with the washer, both sides is correct. See page 8 owner's handbook

Come to think of it, my RHD Sprint GT only has one, on the passenger's side and that, too, has the little extra pocket.
So - two questions. Should my car actually have two of these pockets, one either side? And secondly, has anyone compared these new repro pockets (ClassicAlfa sell them, maybe others do too) with an original? Are they any good?
Alex.

Alex, if I may rely on the photo I just saw in the nov. 2003 issue of 'Ruoteclassiche' (40 years Alfa Romeo Giulia GT), I think your Giulia Sprint GT should also have both of them. The screwholes might easy to find?
The pic I showed above comes from classicalfa.com. I'm not shure, but the little extra pocket is hard to see....

All the RHD 105's i have seen in Australia only have one map pocket on the passenger side. I'm pretty sure this is normal as all of our floor hinged pedal cars have the accelorater pedal quite close to the side of the car. I don't know if hanging pedal RHD's would be different to this!?
Cheers

Adam, I think you're right.
I was only contemplating how much more convenient it would be to have one on the driver's side if only the loud-pedal wasn't in the way. If you've got the original static seat belts, as I do, getting anything out of the passenger side pocket is almost impossible from the driver's seat.
