S.F. Bay Area Stainless Polishing Outfit

Any suggestions on someone in the S.F. Bay Area to remove a small dent on and polish my 74 GTV stainless steel bumpers?
Fyi, removing the front bumber was an exercise in frustration because you first have to remove the wheel well liners to get at the mounting nuts.
