Alfa Identification Request

I found a stepnose for sale and want to check on its history to see what it was built as and to find original color, etc. All my books are up in Virginia and I'm down here in South Carolina. Can someone check this or provide info on who to contact now that Elvira is retired. The car's specs are below:

TYPE: 10536
VIN: AR245424

If you email Elvira, you'll still get a response. I did it about a month ago and got the original build/sales date (and location) and colors.

Dale,try contacting Antonio Magro at archivio storica @Alfa Romeo.com.I sent him a email in english,and he replied very fast 1 or 2 days for vin check.

I don't know how to answer that. When I look at your name, I expect to see that avatar. I associate that picture with your name. I never really use Avatars so I never gave it any thought.
