That looks like a pretty good set up. But $350 is a little ridiculous if you ask me. Buy some really good 14mm bolts, some washers, some 14mm rod ends and ream your steering arms for the bolts. You can do it for less than $100 easily, and that is using top quality rod ends.

Bump Steer Adjustment

The Porsche part look interesting, but as with all things Porsche, very expensive. All you need is a 14x1.5 mm rod end, and 14 mm bolt (bigger and better than the Porsche part), and some made up spacers.
The only difficult part is 14 mm x1.5 rod ends are hard to find in the US. Pegasus lists one, but it is the high strength alloy unit for around $60. each. Aurora lists the 1.5 thread pitch in their carbon steel rod ends, but when I called last week their current production schedule was over one month. I ordered two anyways.
I think they will only make right hand threaded ends, so if you want to do this you may have to swap the direction of your outer rod so the right hand thread is on the outside.
Happy bumping
Dave A.

Dave, if you need the Aurora bearings quickly, let me know. I have a left and a right in my spares.

Aurora rod ends

Thanks for the offer Erik, but have the car set up higher for the SVRA event at the Sebring 12 hour next week. I measured the bump steer and it looks pretty good for now.
Do you have 14 mm ends? How long ago did you buy them?? I will post a note when Aurora has more made.

Dave, I bought the rod ends from Aurora about 3-4 years ago. My current car runs 1/2" rod ends, so I don't really need the 14mm ones anymore. I hope to see you at some SVRA events. I don't usually make it to the Southeast, but I may get tp Road Atlanta this Fall.
