So you got Dale's used to own GTV. I remember that car. We three Amigos were/are all in the same AROC chapter here on the Right Coast.

Glad you got 24v cooled down by those Omega guys, too.

I just picked up two more 164s today another 91L Silver with seized motor and a 93L Red with blown clutch. Both cars very decent and with some wrenching should drive again. Just can't seem to find that elusive white S but what the hay if it is meant to be it will happen.

Very nice looking car you got yourself there Beachy.......but "He" is a "She" for sure, far to pretty to be a bloke.
Dont rule out driving her back yourself,they were built to do just that ( long fast runs) with no trouble, and across Europe at that, so a bit of ice wont stop you.
It would be a good chance to get a feel for the car, and they are so rewarding when you get to "know" them on a long drive, look at it this way,if anything goes wrong ( very rare, funny enough they always seem to get you home) , then get it shipped home ,if it dont you save some $, and have a ball playing roadtrip.
