Michelin XAS

Is anyone running XAS's on their 105/115? I'm curious as to what you think of them. I'm looking at replacing the 185/70/14's on my 115.01 and not really coming up with much other than all season tires. My car's suspension is stock, riding on 14" turbinas, and I like the period look of the tall sidewalls. Interestingly, it looks like you need to run tubes with them. That would be a new experience...

My car is running on what looks like about a 25 year old set of tires Michelin XAS's- they might be older. I dont think they have tubes in them, because I had one remounted for better balance, and I think I would have noticed a tube.

The tires, despite their age, perform reasonably well. I dont push it too much, so I cant comment on the extremes of their performance, but they have been great for the relatively stress-free miles I put on the car.

I really thought they would have to go when I got the car, but they have held up well and my confidence in them has increased.

Sorry, I guess I wasn't super clear in my first post. Is anyone in alfa BB land running the new reproduction XAS' that Michelin is making that you can buy from Coker Tire ?
