side marker removal question

Hi y'all,

I'm going to remove the side markers on my 74 GTV. But what do you with the wiring afterwards ? Do you just leave it ? With or without bulbs ? Any other solutions ?

One of my Berlinas had the side markers removed. The wiring had been removed.

My current Berlina has side markers but no wiring or bulbs that go to it.

I personally like the side markers but not the American market square ones. The round ones are nice and I've seen the square ones replaced with Super side markers which look great.
