Correct trim rear side panels?

I have 2 rear side panels with slightly different trim finishing.

The grey one on the right appears to be finished with 3 separate pieces of vinyl. The black one on the left only with a single piece of vinyl but just thicker sponge at the top.

Could anyone tell me which one would be correct for a 66 Giulia Sprint GTV?

Thanks
James

The grey one. Classic Alfa can supply the vinyl. Check out BB member Rossano's rebuild thread for precise DIN numbers for the cupped washers and their matching raised head countersunk screws (or use rivnuts in the body panel if you can match the holes within 1mm or so, then use machine screws and cupped washers). These panels are not hard to remake. Good luck!
