Hello Salvatore

No rust, almost no body work? The reality looks a bit different at the end are about 400 hours.

Have thought about what needs to be replaced and cut the repair panels.

Hello Alfisti

Pictures of the painting preparation
The second layer of spraying fillers is ground here. Then the filler comes with wet grinding and the paint with wet grinding and at the end the clear lacquer.

Process of painting:

A Post 12: Blank metal
B Post 07: Epoxy, produce comes from boat building.
C Post 18: Filler with control paint, grinding and metalworking.
D Post 22: First layer of spray filler, with dry grinding and metalworking
E Post 30: Second layer of spray filler, with dry grinding.
F Next filler with wet grinding.
G Color with wet grinding.
H Clear lacquer.

Effort 200 to 300 working hours and this is not concours painting just good solid work. Of course, requires a good solid bodywork.

Manufacturer of the products DuPont, Glasurit, PPG, Sikkens and Max Meyer
