The only ones I know of are owned by the Alfa Blue Team in Italy, and I don't think they are for sale. There are none north America, as far as I'm aware; in fact I only know of a handful of Giulietta berlinas in the entire US.

According to carsfromitaly.com, only 91 Promiscuas were ever produced. So if you find one, get a spare one for me.
