Tuning?

Hey Guys... I was wondering if anyone knew of any good Alfa Shops to have my fathers 1963 Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider tuned at... I live in East Tennessee, and I am willing to drive to have it done the right way... I just don't know where any of the good shops are, and here locally the only old car specialists i have found have been Porsche tuners... We have personally tried everything from different jets, to different timing settings... and we still can't get it "just right" the car is much better now then it has ever been, but for a fully rebuilt engine, she should run a lot better than what she does... It has the 1600cc engine in it with the dual webber setup... and the electronic ignition setup from Centerline Alfa... If anyone has any recommendations on who I should take the car to I would really appreciate it.. It would make a great father's day gift to tell him I'm going to take it somewhere and have it tuned for him.. I know he would enjoy driving the car so much more than he already does if she ran better.. Thank you all in advance, and thank you for always being so helpful!
