Exclamation 62 101 Sprint Veloce

I have aquired a '62 Sprint Veloce that among other things, needs a complete trunk floor. Evidently, even Allen at Wolf Resorations in Vermont needs a picture and some measurements to help me. As you may know, the Veloce trunk differed from the Normale mainly because the Veloce tank has a breather tube that needs a relief blister in the trunk floor to layup correctly underneath the floor. Also, how do the door hinge pins remove?

I am in SoCal and would greatly appreciate some pictures of an intact 101 Sprint Veloce trunk or the opportunity to personally look at one myself.

Can anyone help?!

Thanks and Happy Holidays!

JB101, are you a member of the 750/101 group on YahooGroups? I'm sure someone there would send you a shot of the trunk floor. Bill Gillham would be the expert. I always thought the trunk floor difference was because the Veloce had a larger capacity fuel tank?

Happy Holidays

Consider coming to the AROSC meeting at Italspeed Friday night. Dirk may have one in his collection. See post below for details. In any case, it'll be fun.
