2 Spiders in Idaho
A friend of a friend of a friend has informed me that there are a couple spiders in Idaho looking for a home. I know nothing about these cars personally and I don't know the owner. Below is an email I received describing the cars and how to contact the owner (an elderly gentleman who is trying to move). Maybe someone out there can work something out with the him.
The email states:
"Here are some notes I jotted down while talking to him tonight, please call Chuck for more info. He's a great guy, you'll enjoy talking with him.
"59 Alfa Romeo Spyder, Giulietta, vin # AR449503736. No engine, no tranny, no doors, no trunk lid, floors have some rust, no instruments in dash, no seats. Lots of misc. parts are stored in car and are included. Car is titled.
"62 Spyder, transition between , Giulietta and Giulia (not sure) vin # AR170124. no tranny, no engine, has instruments in dash. Bows for convertible top are there canvas is torn. All doors , trunk lid and hood are there. Setting on wheels. Lots of extra parts stored in car, included. Car is titled.
"62 or 63 complete 1600 cc engine. Supposed to be a good runner.
"79 Alffeta, 2 door fast back. Complete car, some rust and minor dents. Duel webber 40s, 2000cc , 5 spd. Leather interior, seams splitting. Was running when parked 8 years ago.
"78 Alffeta 4 door sedan complete car, was running when parked 8 years ago. Good engine, auto tranny. Has body damage on front fenders.
