Cost for These Repairs on Giulia Spider?

I just had a pre-purchase inspection done on a Giulia Spider I'm considering buying. But I'd like to get some realistic estimates on cost for these repairs, if I have a shop do the work. Here they are:

Oil Leak From Head Gasket
Brake Job (cylinders, pads, rotors, etc.) for Front and Rear Wheels
Reseal Differential
Transmission Leak
Rebuild Driveline (rubber donuts?)
Replace Front Ball Joints (upper and lower)
Replace Rubber Engine Mounts
