What would the aspect ratio be for the 155-15 tire?
Would that be equivalent to a 155/60-15?

The aspect ratio for 155-15 is 80.

Thanks! I guess the 60 will be a bit short for a street car, we'll have to call Vredestein.

60 series

I can vouch for the 60 series being too low profile. I bought Continental 155x60x15 tires for my Sprint off the internet and they're too small. Look funny and throw the speedo off by 10mph. Have about 100 miles on them and looking to replace.
I've used the Vredsteins without complaint.

Such short tires will radically change your gearing too. Better acceleration, but screaming on the highway.

I am about to order 155/15 T/A Radials from Goodrich. I had these tires before in Mexico and they were great.
However, where do I find new tubes. I think I am going to go with inner tubes as I have since driving the cars back in 69.
Does Tire Rack sell inner tubes

This really is a case of the best being, unbelievably, the cheapest. Use the Vredesteins and enjoy. There are several dinners that can be bought with the balance.
