New Owner of 62 Spider needs guidence

Greetings fellow Alfers.

I recently became the proud owner of a 1962 Alfa Spider. I am working on finding out as much as possible about the car and restoration processes. My sleeping beauty if you will is in great shape, she just needs her engine put back together, new interior and some fresh Cardinal Red paint.

Would appreciate any info on sites with more specifics about these vehicles such as Engine specs and such. Thanks for reading.

http://www.giulietta.com and http://autos.groups.yahoo.com/group/alfaromeo750-101/ probably have all the answers you need.

Good luck,

Ruedi

For one, you absolutely need to join the Yahoo site for 750/101 series cars. We have over 500 owners world wide who are very giving of advice, spare parts and encouragement. I don't have the exact address, but you can go to www.groups.yahoo.com and search on alfa and 750/101. You will need to send a message requesting membership. Lew Rosenberger will get back to you with the info you need.

In the interim, feel free to post questions here. I have a lot of experience with Giuliettas and 101 Giulias as do other here.
