The reproduction radio blanking plates are generally available from Matt Jones at ReOriginals in Houston Texas. Their phone number is 713-849-2400. Part number is N0097 for the 1300 cars and N0099 for the 1600 cars, and they are in the $120 USD range. Other sources probably have them too.
