Greetings All,
Have a look at e-bay #220089012194 The poster says:

As you can see ,i am a new member ,so i can not use a Buy It Now option.Although ,i have a very small selling price so please do NOT BID unless you contact me to establish the selling and shipping details.

Would someone have a look and see if it is another scam please. The poster has 0 feedback.

Ask him for a phone number. If he cannot talk on the phone then most likely it is a scam

No such rules on ebay. Scam with Capital SS
