Guys, read the original post. You need to contact Don directly via phone or snail mail. Posting in this thread isn't going to do squat.

It would be a lot easier if someone on the board or one of the vendors organized a group buy, of course, but that doesn't seem to be happening.

Tom,
I had a long talk with Don and he said it would be helpful to him we we did it as a group buy. Therefore, I volunteered to push my local Giulietta owners to sign up. I have a spread sheet that is tracking everyone who posts here and I gave Don an update some days ago (and will update him again tonight).

I felt doing it on the forum like a group buy would be easier for buyers and easier for Don.

But of course it's wonderful if you send a letter directly to Don.

John

John, are you keeping track of all of us? You might post a list, as to potential buyers and quanity requested in this thread, maybe as a "sticky". That way we have a running total with BB users names for Don.
Let me know here, PM, or e-mail.
Gordon

Yes, my fault for not posting the list! We have a number of local Giulietta owners that don't read alfabb and are on my list.

Do you think Dropbox is okay or should I just post a new list every couple days?

I think a dropbox would be easiest. Give it a try. Don't forget to include my 2 grills!
Thanks John!

will try dropbox tonight when I'm at my personal computer. Here's a list in .xls and PDF from my phone

Everyone: If you directly send Don Singer a letter, I think it would still be nice to have you on this list.

Although I have a column for email, phone, and address on the lists, I realize these are security risk items for some of us. However, please consider if you can put some sort of contact info for Don on the list. I'll suggest adding your phone number and real name is the least risky.

Good man, John: I didn't see your post. Guess *I* need to work on my reading comprehension skills...

Hello John,
Please add:
Matthew Fox
Novato CA 94945
to the group buy list. I have already sent a letter and spoke with Don to confirm two grilles.

Please tell Don that I would also like two of his grilles. The place where the current reproductions fall off is how the holes are trimmed not even close to the real ones. I hope he gets that right.
