1957 Giulietta Spider Coming Out of Storage

I was approached by an elderly lady telling me that her husband wanted to part with his 1957 Giulietta Spider, which has been garaged for at least two years. In checking out an old vehicle like this, what sort of needs will the vehicle need right off the bat?

The car is in East Whittier, California. I'm in Laguna Hills, but visit Pico Rivera (a neighboring town) often. If anyone is interested, I can provide the contact information. I don't have the resources to pursue such an exotic project.
