Very nice car ! All of the little things will come together in due time AND you can enjoy it much more as each little piece is finished !!
On the front spring spacers, several of my old 750 and 101 cars had thick washers beween the A arm and the spring pan on one or both sides. Always thought they were to make small changes in ride height.

Thanks Rick. This kid is definitely a handful, but I'm loving every minute of it, and trying to convince him to NOT grow up. Attached is the photo that got him the "conviction".
On the Giulia front, a few questions for the experts. I dusted off my brand new rubber mats today, and installed the aft-seats mat with little trouble. The front firewall mat was a different story, as I don't have a photo of how this was attached to the firewall - upholstery clips/buttons of some kind? There are no pre-existing holes in the mat, so I couldn't match them up with holes in the firewall. Photos, anyone?
I'm also working on installing the door rubber seals. I'm not sure how the rubber is oriented around the door... see profile photo of the seal I have. There is also the windshield post seal; which way does it go on?
Additionally, does someone have a photo of the spare-wheel clamp? Is it more or less bent at right angles? Mine is a bit mangled, and not conforming to the shape of the tire's tread/shoulder profile.
Photos of how the jack is attached to the rear floor? I still have the leather straps, but no photo of the jack's orientation when strapped down in place.
Lastly, the SS rain channel(?) that goes on the windshield post, which way does it go on? I have a photo below of one of the two pieces pointing to my white laundry washer - which side is this piece for, and which way is up? That should clarify things.
Thanks in advance, and sorry about the blurry pictures; don't have my manual focus camera with me.

Don't tell me his name is Giuseppe.
Any Giulia/Giulietta in decent shape should answer all your questions. Find a local one and pick it apart. In California they are in every 'hood.

Oh boy. From an earlier photo you sent me, Gordon, there seem to be two rubber seals on the w. post alone... not sure if my eyes are getting bad or what, while I only have one seal at my disposal.

It just wraps around itself. It's one seal.

How do you fit the front triangular vent windows to the posts?
I remember that on the basis, the lower side there was some sort of felt, glued?
And what about the vertcal side that goes into the post, how do you fit it there?
Many thanks for any advice, help

The felt runs around the area of the glass that fits into the frame, front edge and bottom.
The easiest way to do this is to glue the felt, NOT too wide, to the glass with a clear epoxy. When dry, use a black upholstery glue in the channel and slide the glass in place. Use masking tape until dry. This allows some minimal movement of the glass in the felt so it will not break, yet holds it securely so it will not come loose. It can be removed as originally designed for felt replacement with this technique.

What beauty rings? Headlight rings? I had the wrong headlight bowl gaskets so none would fit. I just put on some new gaskets for a 750 from Re-originals, and the reproduction ring still won't go on.

Hello all I'm Philip from Holland and my mother has a Giulia Spider 101 that was restored some time ago but still needs some details to make it correct.
I'm also interested to see pictures of door rubbers and hear from people how they managed to secure the rubber floor mats to the floor with clips, and where to buy these.
@ Patrick : First of all nice car ! I have a photo of how the spare wheel retainer clamp looks like, but no idea how to post it here ...
