Kuba,

There are 4 rubber stops (just like the ones in the Velocespace picture) under the hood, 1 in each corner and 1 on each side, although a little further towards the front. There are also 2 rubber stops for the trunk lid on the outside and in the bottom horizontal groove (different looks), one on each side and almost in the corners. Let me know if you need more info.

Dennis

The bottom stops appear identical to the hood stops on various Ferrari models, ie, the 275 GTB. These are available from Patrick Hung at Velocespace. He probably can supply the others as well.

The "Tinman" is one of outstanding and excellent skills which he has applied to this car with great foresight. I really like the way he has opened the car and the bracing used inside as well as outside. This is a craftman par excellence!!! Congrates are in order in the way you have approached your car restoration. I am definitely impressed. I have done Porsche as well as Alfa sheet metal but this is the best I have ever seen. I really like what you are doing/have done.

Guess I will have to get another Alfa to restore!!!

New alfa in our garage!

Today, with my father went to painter! In the end we received renewed bodywork for Alfa romeo GT 1300 Junior. It is a sentimental model of car for my father, because once he had the same model of Alfa. Today we officially started to contest for the most accurate reconstruction of Alfa. Master versus student. Thus, our garage has become almost like a factory assembly line Alfa romeo. Best regards from poland.
