Are these 750 veloce spider mounts?

Im pretty sure they are, im just double checking. They are supposed to be lob-sided a little for the 40 DCO3 carbs correct?

*these are not for sale...

Thank you,

Phillip

Veloce mounts

The intake is NOT 750. it is a 101, 1600 or possibly very late 101 1300 Veloce. Earlier intake mounts have a leg with a bumper to keep the oil filter canister from whacking into the stub frame. Later cars moved the bumper to the frame and eliminated it from the mount. Here is a picture of 101, 1600 Veloce mounts. Somewhere around here are a earlier set with the leg.... who knows where. Hope this helps.

Sorry Gordon, you are incorrect and confused! That intake mount that velocealfa pictured is a 750 veloce mount. The transition veloce (101 chassis, small taillights after chassis number 7500 or so...) EXHAUST mount may (more than likely) or may not have the bumper on it. I believe the bump on the motormount was designed for the sttl veloce pan...

The exhaust mount for a 750 veloce is nothing like a 101 version. It is a lot like certain versions of the normal exhaust mount, but look different on top, hence the need to see the top of the mount.

Boy I sure am incorrect and confused. Always have been. I'm fortunate in dealing with mostly the 101 cars. Thus my lack of total confusion. 750's are much less confusing, and most 750 owners less incorrect that I am. The set of mounts pictured ABOVE are from my one owner, 1965, 101, 1600 Veloce. THIS pictured set is from my 1960, 101, 1300 Veloce race car sold in 1970.
As I also no longer own my 1957, 750 Veloce, I am unable to send a photo of the mounts. Getting old, incorrect and confused must be a burden to those that are forced to read my posts. Bye!

It's no wonder that the subject is confusing. At one time I attempted to document at least 8 different styles and lengths of mounts. Eventually gave up.
