Got to drive my Giulietta Spider over the weekend, first time in 17 years!

I was pretty happy, my father got to drive it again too he was happy. Brings back some good memories! I did notice when taking a real sharp left turn I could hear a thump thump thump from the front wheel? Could this be a wheel bearing? I need to rule out a bad tire too. The carbs. need some work also.

Good stuff--sorry can't help you with the "thump". Don't do house calls.

Could that have been a tire rubing some where? If so, you can limit the steering travel.
Good to see you had the car back on the road.

I'll check it out, I doubt it's a tire rubbing my father never had any problems before.

Check the tie-rod end - may need replacing, or a shot of fresh grease.
