Alfa Romeo Antifreeze Sticker

Does anyone know where this goes? I vaguely remember seeing a photo of one, but I didn't find anything when I searched the forum. The picture is light because it is an original with the paper backing still on it. It is in reverse, so it can stick to the inside of a window. I flipped it over in the other photo to make it readable.
