It's got an Alfa emblem glued onto the oil filler cap. Appears to have flared fenders too.

They must have gotten mixed up and put the Alfa engine in that yellow Spitfire.

Actually, from here it looks like a nice body. Could be purchased and a proper engine dropped in, but it might not be worth it: $27,000 + transport from Thailand (unless you already are in Thailand). The taillights aren't from a '62, and probably the glovebox lid isn't original, so I doubt this car was built in 1962 or even within two years of it.
