Wanted: 1963-1964 101 Series Giulia Sprint
I'm looking for a car to add to my permanent collection. I've always wanted a 101 series Giulia Sprint to go with my 64 Giulia Spider. Anyone out there know of any good non-restored ones for sale? I prefer something from the "dry"states (CA, AZ, TX, NM, OR). I don't want a restored car and I also don't want a basket case. The ideal car would be a very original driver. PM me if you have or know of a car that fits my description.

Anthony, why don't you buy Paul Gregory's Lightweight which at 1.4$ to the £ is a bargain?

Anthony, You were one of the first people to hear about my newly discovered '62 101 1600 Sprint in October, but you didn't show any interest then. Now I am pretty excited about it myself. I am rebuilding the suspension and brakes this month. I do appreciate you taking the time to talk to me at your shop. See in a the Alfa Club and VARA races in 2010 or re-runs of "100 cars you must drive". Lee Herendeen in Palos Verdes Estates

Lee,
Since our cars are so close in birthdays, I'd like to drive by and compare notes. I'm in Fullerton. Have any time this coming weekend?

I would also like to meet with any Southland (that's Southern California) Sprint owners. Sending a PM.

You guys should get together for a drive up to northern Cal one of these days - no need to wait till Monterey in August. We'll set up a nice welcoming contingent!
A bit tough to find a Sprint for sale these days, it seems.

I have a friend in town that has 2 of 'em unrestored. Not sure if he wants to sell one or the other, but 2 does seem excessive...

One, the '59 I think it is, runs. The other, early car, maybe a '56 , is apart awaiting reassembly, a column shift car.

With a Sprint, Randy, you'd have all five classic Alfas one could want!
As for me, I'm missing a Duetto and a Ti.

Pat-
I've been trying to get my Sprint on the road for almost 2 years now. It would be great to check out some of the cool rallys you guys throw in Northern Cal from behind a steering wheel, rather than in front of a computer screen!

1964 101 Series Giulia Sprint For Sale
Hi, did you find a Giulia yet? After 20 years, we just pulled our 101 series out of storage in San Francisco to sell it. We have owned it since 1978. Originally, it was registered in Glendora, CA.
