hello...just a few questions

hello all....iv been looking around but sadly cant find the answers to my questions.

my gf's grandfather has a 1300 junior. he imported it from italy. he was thinking about adding more HP to it and doing a few things with the engine. i was wondering if anyone know where he could take his alfa to a place where people know what their doing. anywhere in the CT area is fine can even go in the neighboring states doesnt really matter.

i saw this video of one does anyone know who tuned this car???

thank you for all your help

Exclamation

.. if you can . find a rear end off a spider..78-94? this will have a lsd in the rear..wont make your car faster, but it will make your power work better..and also.. flush! your brake fluid( had to rebuild a whole system on my friends 1968 gtjr1300.. the whole system was rusted, and the rear hose was collapsed... man that was a job)can you do your own work? if so a cam change will work some. but porting the heads will help a lot..

Simple. Buy a rusted out Berlina or Spider, preferably with carbs. Look for a 1750 or 2000 engine. Should bolt right in, if your GD's car has a hydraulic clutch. And indeed, look for a car with an LS diff. If you find a Berlina, the front uprights with bigger brakes are a straight swap.
Same for spider 1750 or 2000.
Cool!

Right. I took it he was in the wrong topic and had a 'mere' GT1300 Jr.
So please, some pictures or more info on the car, wether it is a GT or a GTA!
