1750 twin plug head? GTAM?

Hi,
Can anyone help me decode the following #'s from an alfa head( twin plug)
10532 01500-00. And block ar 00548-95719. Thanks.......Mike.

1600 GTA head (105.32 was the parts number for 1600 GTA)
1750 block - (105.48 is LHD 1750 Berlina - first of the 1750s, but block can be from any 1750 model) My books don't show any number as high as 95719, which is strange...
