GTA SBRS cross member comparison

For your interest,

I put an early SBRS cross member beside a later version and took comparison photos. You can see the difference, just ignor the weld repare on the later version.

The early version, the lower one in the the pics, is from GTA 752 507 and is not as robust as the later version.

FWIW

SBRS ???

The parts books always refer to the sliding block assembly as CRBB. Would you kindly explain.

Hey David,

SBRS = Sliding Block Rear Suspension which if a acronym I picked up from some where else, may be the ARI Competition Advisor manual. Not my invention any ways.

I've never seen CRBB, please explain.

Ciao

Ken

Ken

CRBB is in the Performance Options Catalog, Publ No.104 (2M) 11/71, pages 18 & 24.

It does not appear in the Competition Manual, generated in the USA

Wherever you got it from, who knows, it is not in Alfaspeak.
