Hi Gowest,
Where did you find the aluminium radiator? Is it one you had made locally?...or have you found an aluminium one from another car that will fit?...(or is it from Alfaholics?) Here in Jakarta, some club members have used Mitsubishi Colt L300 three-ply radiators for extra cooling ....it would be nice to find an inexpensive aluminium option!
Thanks,
Fletch.

Fletch ........the radiator is custom made here locally. The radiator alone cost me about $250. Custom fan shroud and electric fan pulled from wreck Toyota at the junk yard and cost me another $50.

Yes, I will definitly do that.
engine bay b4 and aft ......
When I purchase this car, it come with Mitsubishi 1500cc engine.
Now it has Belina 2000 engine.
Custom air intake and oil cooler was installed.
Then I have the paint shop repaint the fade away cam cover with same shade of red as the rest of the car.....look much better though.

Here is pic of gas cap relocation.
Most GTAm will have gas cap move to rear trunk area.
But I think mounting it to body is more secure and less complicate.
Shall I use this logo as wheel cap?

update
Gowest-
Car is looking great. Nice work on the gas cap. I wouldn't worry too much about the fact it isn't in the trunk. If you have done as much research as I have on these cars you have come to realize there is no standard...they were all different based upon the needs at the moment....
I like the wheel centers as well. Great work. Cheers

Gas cap Relocation
Nice job you have done on the gas cap. Can you show some picture from the inside in the trunk how you did the re-route and the support and the seal to the outside so that there is no water coming in to the trunk.
Thanks keep up the nice work,
All the best
Rob

John, I agree with you. I try to not worry too much and make the car that best fit my need and money in the pocket.
When door checks strap on my car fail, and need to be replaced. As I look in part catalog and find out it was almost $100 buck each. I asked the guy to modify other door checks to work with my car. He pull the part from some wreck door at the back of his garage and ........... this is the result.
New door checks that not just stop the door from hiting the front fender it hold the door open too.

Just took the shot this morning. I try to find more pic during the fabricating for you.
The rubber gasket and sealant was used to seal the cap and it work just fine.
The gas tank neck was cut and tilt upward.
