And I think you are using BBS wheels or replicas why did you go for this conversion from 4 lugs to 5 lugs?
Appreciate if you can give us some details on this conversion.
Thanks

Alfa wheel 98mm PCD is very uncommon here in Bangkok so conversion is a must if I want to upgrade to bigger wider wheel.
Plus I got a very good deal on this set of SSR deep dish wheels. ($400 used). I love the look so much and gotta make them fit the car.
Conversion work is mostly done by machine shop. They just redrill alfa wheel hup and disc to 5.114.
Here is somemore info on conversion:
My cheap 4pot caliper conversion.

Thanks, just wondering whether u r interested in the classic car race.. It is held here in Kuala Lumpur 4 times a year at our F1 circuit. Currently, there are no alfas in the race! only lotuses, BMW 2002, mini, ford escorts, etc.. Hope to bombard them with all alfas next year

GOWEST, your body work looks great, keep us informed about the cost. Steel is much nicer than the plastic ones.

But plastic ones are more original during the Autodelta days

the car looks so cool i had to use "save" on this thread, as juultje suggested the particular body part coming from alluminium would be cooler , i've heard various stories from bodyshop workers though that the weld to steel tends to cause rust to the steel parts at a faster rate created by connecting different metals. The fiberglass is the original option run by Autodelta and to many of us that's like the bible BUT i think the chasis of the 105 is not rigid enough for any wild cuts and it's even not so rigid after 30+ years of various strains from psychotic or not owners, I too would go for the steel ones for every day use the car looks absolutely cool and the rims play a major part in that.
What about the engine - A hot twin spark maybe?
P.S. I can only imagine what a metal worker would ask for these steel panels here in Greece , he would pick his hairy nose and say some crazy **** 3 digit number.

I will be in BKK in another week and might have some time to see the gentlemen who is doing the work on your GTAm conversion. I have emailed him for the address/phone. In the meantime, gowest, can you tell us what is this costing you? Many thanks.

The performance options catalog (Autodelta 1970) shows Alu-panals as well, maybe for some types it has to do with homologations ?
