Seat Questions

As I live in a one-horse town (Albany) with a one Giulia Alfa dealer, I haven't been able to see any Giulia interiors recently other than the sport, which I liked. But it conflicts with other trim items I would prefer.

Does anyone have any experience with the Luxury Seats and how they compare to the sport seats? In addition to comfort and how well they hold you in place during fast driving, I would like to know if the luxury seats have memory buttons for multiple drivers. I am tall and all of my women are much shorter than I.

Thanks,
Rex

Wife and two daughters. One daughter is 20 and the other will soon turn 15. The almost 15 YO has a habit of turning cars around in the driveway just for fun.

I have the regular seats in a base Giulia. I like them, but they are a bit on the firm side. The Lusso option has softer padding/leather surface if you prefer that. Did not sample the sport, but comments from others say they are great as long as you are not on the wide side where the bolsters may feel tight.

I have a Ti with 19 inch sports package so it has the sports seats. I have been able to find a comfortable driving position, although one downside is even with 12-way power, the front of the seat cushion does not raise and lower...just the back does. But the front can be expended to give you more thigh support. Bolsters are power for both driver and passenger so you can find the right amount of snugness. Driver's seat has 3 memory buttons. Just an FYI - whenever you get out of the car, the drivers seat moves all the way back, automatically. When you get in and start the engine, it will return to the last position it was in. There is no way to override this function.

I've also noticed on mine, and maybe others have too, that the memory seat buttons don't work if the car is moving.
