Did you try the dave cap? I found that the tach signal was all over the place without it. Now that I run edis I don't need it.

Spica/EFI

Jim,

I've got a few photos of the beginning stages of the project, not so many of mid-project (which are probably the most valuable for a do-it-yourselfer to see, but I was getting frustrated at that stage of the project and didn't feel like stopping to take pictures) and I can take plenty of photos of the car now in its "almost ready to run" state.

I've been meaning to post them, and maybe start a new thread with the whole project, but haven't quite gotten around to it. I'll try to do that this week.

Brett,
I haven't yet powered up the MS or tried to run the car, so I'm not sure if my tach signal is fine or not. I'll let you know. Part of my project involved re-wiring most of the car, since the original wiring harness and fuse box was mostly burnt up and melted, so I'm still installing a fuse box and basic 12v supply and charging system to the car.

I DO have a wide-band 02 sensor. I still have to wire up and configure the controller unit.

I'd love to see your VE table, and any other tuning parameters you'd care to share. Every bit of info helps. Any chance you can post MegaTune screen captures as pics here?

George
