MBE systems, some experience?

Hello all,

I was thinking about the possibility of installing a MBE systems EMS to the engine of the prototype I’m actually designing (engine is an Alfa 3.8 V6 twin turbo)

Has somebody some experience with this system on Alfa V6 engines?

Thanks.

I can't believe it, nobody knows the MBE Systems EMS!!!

MBE Systems company manager told me somebody in South Africa have used his system on Alfa V6 engines, I suppose somebody in USA has made the same too...

In any case, what is the best system in your opinion for V6 24V engines? (street aplications)

Thanks

No way am I going to get into a 'this is best' argument about anything, particularly an ECU....

...but, for what it's worth, I've installed Emerald ECUs on 4 different Alfa V6 setups now, one was a twin turbo. All have been 12V motors, but that's not particularly significant in itself as the ECU can be configured to work with the COP drivers if you wish to stick with them, or go with a 6-pole coil. One car is a race machine (the twin turbo) the others are street use with the odd bit of sprint etc (not that it makes any difference I don't think??).

Just a happy customer, no axe to grind.

HTH.
