No mechanic is going to be able to solve this... The problem is that no matter what you try to adjust, you have exceeded the fuel delivery parameters of the Bosch fuel management ECU. There is a simple way to prove this and also to ensure that you won't ping. RML sells a
fuel enrichner, which is essentially a resistor that intercepts the signal that goes from the sensor to the ECU, and fools the ECU into delivering more fuel. It's easy to connect and it can be done a little different from going into the engine bay and through the firewall by simply taking the rear deck panel out and splicing it into the wire from the harness to the ECU. It works very well... I use it for the track.
This can be a long subject, so feel free to call me about this... I did a lot of research on this over the summer, and had great input from RML as well as the people who do my track set-up...
