Well, my Alfa head anyway. Stock deck height is 4.410. Mine is at 4.278 front and back. This is on the race motor.

Too much? Should I consider one of those trick thick gaskets? Pete

Has it affected the valve seat? What pistons are you running? What kind of fuel do you plan on using? What is the purpose of the engine?

no affect on valve seat, ross pistons forged, 110 leaded race fuel
