Alfa 2000 into a Marcos 1600 GT, which trans?

I am going to be putting an Alfa 2000 into a Marcos 1600 GT.
The Marcos only weighs 1600 Lb., with 150+BHP and an Alfa five speed it should be good for about 130-140 MPH.

Which transmission would be best to use?

I see several for sale, would this be a good one? 1974 ALFA ROMEO GTV 2000.
Or are the gear ratios very different for different years and models?

Should I seek out a spyder transmission?

Tunnel case or split case?

Car will be used for "flying low" in rural Nevada and occasional track days.

I also see that a CR gearset is being offered up for sale on another forum of this site.
Price is pretty dear, how different is the CR trans?
