delta hf to alfa 145

i have a alfa 145 1.8 twin spark and i blew the cylinder head. now rather than fix it i can get a lancia delta 1.6 hf turbo with a uprated turbo from turbo technics. i would like to know can it be put into the alfa, what will i need for the conversion and how hard would it be?
