82 into 76 spider

I have a rusty high mile 82 spider and a low mile 76. What about transferring the entire 82 engine and fuel management systems into the 76? I acquired the 82 for a couple of parts and am amazed at how easily it starts and how well it runs... compared to the low mile 76 with working ta and spica systems..
