What are you going to do about the fuel tank?

Unlike carburettors, Fuel injection needs a constant feed of gasoline

Is the standard euro 105 fuel tank suitable for a fuel injection system?

fuel supply idea

I am going to run a low pressure pump from the tank to a stand alone swirl pot and then have my high pressure pumpfeeding out of the swirl pot to the injection rail then run a separate return line to the tank i have done this on a alra powered beetle it works fine

what about the oil sump? Can you use ANY 105 oil sump? Or it has to be the 2000 (115) type?
I ask this because of the difference in the bore spacing between the 2000 (115 type) engine and the rest (105 type)...

I'm dreaming in converting my junior too and I have a parts 1600 105 engine in the garage. Could I use the this oil sump?

what problem? I've read they use the 2000 (115) type flywheel (6 bolt) and clutch (hydraulic) and starter motor. The rest is standart 105 alfa transmission right?

I don't know if i'm correct. But can't just you switch the bellhousings instead of the entire gearbox?
