Turn signal flasher indicator inop.

Ever since my last turn indicator relay crapped out, my flasher indicator on the instrument cluster doesn't work. It was replaced with I think just a generic flasher relay and it was installed by my local AR mechanic. I see no dangling wires or loose connections anywhere just looking at it.

Anyone got an idea to this?

Assuming that the dash indicator bulb is not burned out (and a generic 3 terminal flasher), connecting the blue/black wire (I think) on terminal 'P' of the flasher to terminal 'L' will activate the dash indicator light.
